Federico Steiner, Partner and Managing Director of our communications company, receives the award for 2021 Finance PR Professional of the year at the Financecommunity Awards. This contest was organised and directed by Financecommunity.it with the objective of elevating professionals that operate in the financial economic sector and that have distinguished themselves for the number and type of operations, value of deals and personal characteristics.

These are the reasons of the jury for awarding the prize to Federico Steiner, who collected it yesterday evening at the Palazzo del Ghiaccio with more than 800 attendees.
This prize testifies to the distinctive path of our Managing Director, an expert in financial communication. Since 1988, he has been successfully handling some of the most important financial operations in Italy, from the period of great privatisations to the most recent and significant operations of M&A, IPOs, private equity and issue management.
Once again, the expertise of Barabino & Partners has proven to be a benchmark in Italian financial communication. It is the fifth award dedicated to the professionals of communications that we have received in the six years since the Financecommunity Awards existed, either for the “Finance PR of the Year” category, or for the ”Team of the Year”.
This positioning has been recognized at international level by the yearly rankings published by Mergermarket, an independent international institution specialised in monitoring and elaborating data on M&A deals at international level. Since 2018, we have been ranked in the PR advisors top 10 for M&A operations in Italy, Europa and worldwide. We came first in Italy for the number and value of operations both in 2019 and 2020.
