After just a single year since its first appearance on the MergerLinks rankings, Barabino & Partners has been awarded the \u201cLeading Company<\/strong>\u201d recognition for the \u201cPR Consultants EMEA 2022<\/strong>\u201d category.<\/p>\n

According to MergerLinks<\/strong>, Barabino & Partners clocked in at 144 deals<\/strong> for a total value of \u00a364,642 million and an average deal size of \u00a31,026 million during 2022<\/strong>. It is the only Italian company<\/strong> in the rankings.<\/p>\n

More specifically, the selection process for the MergerLinks rankings requires the companies to satisfy several \u201cminimum criteria\u201d to be eligible to receive an award. The categories are allocated based on the relative market share, which is determined based on the volume of the transactions as well as their weighted average value. The total value, the number and the average size of operations concluded in 2022 is then calculated for each participating company. These figures and the relative market share inform the rankings, which place B&P at the top of the \u201cLeading Company\u201d category<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
